Super easy, way yummy fruit topping

I have discovered a beyond tasty topping for fruit and have eaten it nearly every day for the past two weeks...this may not be such a good thing considering there are only 3 ingredients, 2 of them being heavy cream and brown sugar! Throw in a little plain yogurt and you're all done. And my heavens it's good! Top with granola and coconut and it's even better!

Recipe:
1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar

Whisk the yogurt and cream together for a couple minutes (no real rule to this, the longer you do it, the thicker it will be). Then sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top. Cover with plastic and place in fridge until the brown sugar has completely dissolved. (There will be some separation between the yogurt and cream). Whisk mixture together until smooth and serve over fruit.

Ta Da!
(this picture is a bit blurry because I had to do some serious cropping to get close enough for you to see the deliciousness...but, doesn't it look good?)

p.s. I found this on The Pioneer Woman's website. She has all sorts of tasty food!

I love that site too!
I wondered about the yogurt cream--I couldn't "picture" how it would taste, I'm glad to hear you tried it and it was yummy! I want to try it soon--maybe after I'm out of maternity pants. :)
