Gratitude

For one of my goals in the upcoming year I have decided to keep a daily gratitude journal. I'm planning to take a minute each night to reflect on my life and count my blessings. I know there will be hard days where I will wonder, "Is there really anything I'm thankful for today?" And of course, the answer is a resounding "YES!" Because even on those tough days, I know that I am a daughter of God and that I have a wonderful and beautiful eternal family.

I created this to put at the front of my journal to help inspire me...

I am so excited for you! It will bless your life greatly. I started a gratitude journal many years ago and have always kept a daily journal. I have a strong testimony of journal writing. I love the quote you posted from Pres. Kimball. I may have to copy it from your blog. :)

I've been doing that with the boys and going over them for FHE. I was reading an article in the Ensign about how people who keep grateful journals are more positive in their lives and generally happier. Very good idea Miss Katie!
