I definitely need to start taking more pictures of this cute little thing! Time is flying by and I can’t believe she is already 4 weeks old today! I’ll be sure to take lots of pictures today:)
Ashley’s cheeks are so dang chubby and adorable…I kiss them constantly…
She has graced us with a few fleeting smiles over the past couple of days and I really hope to capture it with the camera soon. Just yesterday she started “playing” with the toys on her bouncy chair—she would reach her hand up and tap one, then look at it, move her eyes to another toy, then hit that one…super cute:) She’s also begun to babble a teeny tiny bit which I love. A friend of mine who also had a baby recently (2 months older than Ashley) told me that her little girl just found her lungs a few days ago and can scream nice and loud finally, not just the newborn scream. Hmm, Ashley has been able to do that from the very beginning—she gets madder than the Mad Hatter sometimes! She turns bright red and shakes her little head and my goodness, you would think the world was gonna end! With the boys, I would get super nervous and try to calm them down right away, but this time around, I kinda shake my head at her and tell her she’s gonna burst blood vessel if she keeps it up! But don’t worry, I don’t let her scream just to scream. Most times, it’s when she’s in her car seat and there isn’t anything I can do to help her. Silly little Miss.

Super cute! I can definitely see some family resemblance. It's funny how those first few weeks/months can go by too quickly and too slowly all at the same time.
