Baby girl room decor

I went to Target this morning right when it opened so I could get first pick at their Valentine’s decorations. After looking at the cuteness of some of the stuff, I quickly decided on the room decor for my little baby girl. Totally loving it! And all for 50% off!

I bought two rugs and two red buckets…rug and bucket

Three heart shower curtains that will be window curtains in no time at all! (After we move into our new place of course…which should happen soon!)heart curtains

Two cute striped frames…Frame

One placemat that will turn into wall art…heart art

Flowers from Michael’s…99 cents each plus 20% off for Presidents Day…flowers

And these darling scrap pieces of fabric from Sandi Henderson that will hopefully turn into a quilt…preferably before baby girl is born! Some of the pieces are quite small and definitely scrappy, I think I got these all plus a few more for just $7.50.fabric

Needless to say, I’m totally excited to get this little girl’s room decorated. Thank goodness I still have 4 or so months left. Between preparing for a baby and moving into a new house, I have lots to do!

p.s. One day soon I will spill the beans on the house. I don’t want to jinx anything right now…if all goes well (please, PLEASE let it go well!!) we will close on Feb. 25th and shortly thereafter, I will share details.

Happy President’s Day!

OH GOODNESS MY. I see me and my 7D with a cute room and sleepy baby and loads of cute pictures. The rug in the bucket with baby sleeping on top....CAN'T WAIT! Great job w/the bargains! That's my girl!

ADORABLE! I am sure you already noticed, since you seem to have a knack for creating such cute things, but I am super impressed that the striped piece of fabric appears to match the frame perfectly! :) Such cute stuff.
I can't wait to hear more about the house.
