Seriously, this was a dreaded assignment if you couldn't tell by my other post! It was so hard! And I like to have my picture taken, so that wasn't the problem. Trying to set up a shot all by yourself, then take the photo while having it still be in focus and look right and blah, blah, blah, is hard work! And let me tell you, full body shots are even harder! Therefore, I settled on headshots. Thanks for the ideas though--I tried some of them out and it just wasn't working! For the most part, I'm happy with what I ended up with. I took a million shots and whittled them down and then decided to print the first and third photo below. Then today, I was playing around in photoshop and made the top shot all vintage-y:) The last shot is kind of boring, but I like the twinkle in my eye and even the laugh lines. Anywho, just wanted to share what I did!

Wow! I love that first one! You look great and it's what we do as moms, right? Drive around a lot. :)
love em! totally "you". And hey, at 30 with kids, we deserve wrinkles!!!
Hey Katie, those are great pics! I love the one with the "wrinkles". I'm always tyring to photo shop them out of my pictures but maybe I just need to be proud of them! It looks like you should be doing toothpaste commercials too :)
oh...and I'm also going to steal that pres. Hinkley quote if that's okay. It's great!
You captured the true Katie! Love them!
love what you ended up doing with your assignment! great pics!
I've been checking back to see how your assignment went! I love the pictures you got!
Your pictures turned out great! I can only imagine how difficult it must be to take a self portrait. Well done Katie!
I love your final products. Great work, it doesn't hurt that you are beautiful.
You are so stinkin' cute! I'm sure you get sick of me telling you this all the time but it's true. Nice work, girl!
Katie! These are lovely. I love the last one!
Those are really pretty shots Katie. I like the one with the camera. Most mom are stuck behind the cameras, so it's perfect.
I really like the last shot also, and don't think it's boring at all. I love the smile lines...beautiful!
Ok, so where's the grade update? Come on, you have to tell me =)
