Thanksgiving...yay, I know, it was forever ago.

We were at my parents house for Thanksgiving this year and it was a wild and crazy party with (I think) 26 of us. And that was missing my oldest brother, his wife and cute baby boy! With 12 kids 12 or under, (7 of them under the age of 3), my parents decided to get a bounce house to keep everyone entertained. It was such a great idea! Everyone loved it, even with the few drizzles we got duing the day.

First though, we started the morning off with a tutorial from Papa on how to properly eat whipped cream from a can...
And then, to keep my boys from being underfoot all morning, we did a little Thanksgiving coloring...

This is David's "snooty face"
My cute Ethan:)
And finally on to the bounce house...
Mike and Owen
Alan and Ethan
Silly cousins

Chloe wasn't very happy about this picture if you can't tell...
The only girl cousins out of 15 grandkids! And there is one more boy on the way for one of my brother and sister-in-law!
Some fantastic guac...
Sweet potatoes smothered in brown sugar and butter...yum!
Yummy fruit salad
And that's all I got of the food! I put my camera down and enjoyed the meal:)
There was some puzzle making going on...
Beater licking...
Sister-in-law visiting...
And of course, lots of napping...
And not ONE picture of me from my camera or my fabulous mother who made it all happen! I better find my dad's and see if he got any....

it's the holiday season, you're totally allowed to be behind =). I enjoyed it! Especially the one of Owen and Mike, but I'm a little biased. The sleeping pictures crack me up - you and I could never! ha!

So true about the "women folk" never being in the pictures, isn't it? Looks like you had a great time. Your parents were smart to get the bouncy lol.

Seriously...the bouncy was a great idea. I'm so glad they did that! I was actually relaxing and not stressed because of it! Love all the fun pictures.
