Pumpkin picking…in 103 degree weather…

Wowza, seriously, can we have some fall weather around here please? I guess we have had had fall weather, it just disappeared Saturday--the day we chose to go pumpkin hunting!!

We had lots of fun and came home with 2 pumpkins just waiting to be carved! But, I’m not gonna lie, next year I’m hoping for cooler weather!!!!

We were at Bates on Saturday, too! Even going early in the day did NOT matter... it was super HOT!!! I totally felt your pain that day :)

I absolutely LOVE autumn with all it's splendor. Aren't you supposed to be in a sweater and knit hat(Okay, maybe that cute little white jacket you just bought), while sipping on some hot apple cider or hot cocoa when you go to the pumpkin patch? That's how we do it here in the Northwest. =)

Looks like the boys still had a lot of fun despite the unruly heat.
